I have seen blackwork. Have done a little, but not for a while. The samples are lovely. Did you do them? They are very well done.

Did it remind you of Alchemilla Mollis? That was why I photographed it – I think ours have died over the winter 😦 I love the way the dew and raindrops lie in its leaves. Once the lupins grow it won’t happen..

Black and white contrast each other so nicely. I love the patterns. At first glance, the thought flashed through my mind that they were some kind of decorations, which happened to look like fancy dress shirts.
