Today I went to one of my favourite gardens. In fact I believe it is one of England’s loveliest, so wonderful that I plan to return really soon! I’ve posted about it before, so I won’t say anymore now, I’ll just let the flowers speak. Click for a bigger view.

All so utterly gorgeous, Gilly. Thanks for such a colourful post. 🙂
Yesterday you photographing the same flowers in England as I was taking pictures of in Vancouver… Small world!
Amazing, are you going to post them? ☆
I hope to post some fairly soon. I was experimenting with an Olympus camera which takes some really amazing macros. But unfortunately isn’t as good at anything else!
had to look at your flowers, Gilly, hiatus or not. somehow there is something about their simplicity and cheerfulness that they radiate that just gives us a lift! thanks for the smile. 🙂
I’m honoured then Kris, thank you!
England has the loveliest (and largest) flowers I’ve ever seen anywhere. Thanks for sharing, Gilly.
Some flowers I know and some I do not but the honeysuckle is a sure thing and the particular one I like. Hmm it smells so good. Amazing photos, Gilly. Aren’t flowers so delicate and simple but can make us smile and feel happy just looking at them?
They’re all so gorgeous. Interesting shapes and vibrant colors–great photos.
Such incredibly variety in color and form…you’re right..that is one unbelievable garden!
Just beautiful! What is the name of the Garden please ?
Coleton Fishacre, it’s near to Dartmouth in South Devon 🙂
Ok, I will commit it to my memory no matter how short it is!

I tried to reply to this before but internet failed … I am hoping your plan to return soon might be with me! perhaps a dream but imagine the fun we would have with all those flowers 🙂
Yes it is, but the weather forecast isn’t good for the weekend 😦 the house is lovely but photography isn’t allowed!
They are all lovely, but those fuschias absolutely took my breath away! (Maybe that’s why I can’t figure out how to spell them!!!!!)
A gorgeous bouquet! The fuschias are my favourite too. And no.11…what is it?
Color … Color … Color … so many lovely colors.
I always enjoy seeing photos of flowers. Gilly, this
