I had a very special time Jude and now I’m missing them!
Are they very far away? My new one is about a 2 1/2 hour drive, which is just a bit too far for a day trip.
Mine are 125 miles and most often that means 2 1/2 hours too. I do go up and back in a day about once a month but its tiring!
I find that the max I want to drive in one day is around 90 mins each way. That just about gets me to the Cotswolds from here! I doubt any of my offspring are going to move there, so it is up to us to move. Where is still the question… much as I love Cornwall I am beginning to think it will also be too far away.
