Said Viola in Shakespeare’s Twelth Night, I’d like this one please. It was a new addition at Dartington when I went for my birthday and I fell in love with it, who wouldn’t?
I don’t know if it is staying there, willow has a life of perhaps ten years but they often have artwork visiting for just a few weeks.
a wonderful willow construction!
Indeed a lovely willow cabin Gilly! Thanks for sharing these lovely pics hon. π *hugs*
Really lovely, Gilly. Viola would have loved this. π
so romantic, what a marvellous cubby house!
Delightful, whimsical, if a wee bit impractical. You’d have difficulty getting a 50 inch flat screen and a sofa in, and when it rains….
What a darling idea! All you need is a huge umbrella, and you could set up housekeeping. Oh … one more thing: some kind of wrap-around screen for bathing and dressing.
P. S. I really like the new header. There’s just something so uplifting about gazing at the very tops of trees against a gorgeous sky. It makes you feel buoyant and free, doesn’t it?
This is so great, it makes me want to try and make one!
Not very practical if it rains, but who cares? It’s gorgeous and cute at the same time – I love those cat-ear peaks in the roof.
Whoever thought to construct this is an artist. Love to see new things and I always do here. Thanks, Gilly.
A wonderful willow cabin. It would be lovely to have a picnic inside, lay on a blanket and look at the sky. Thanks for sharing.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
What a fascinating and clever willow construction! Thanks for sharing, Gilly!
Pretty!
This is so nice
hahaha … it’s fabulous but a bit short on privacy for a cabin. I always enjoy unusual art.
the patterns are lovely….
love it
