Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky,
The flying cloud, the frosty light.
Tennyson, for Photrablogger’s Mundane Monday Challenge.
Come away with the raggle taggle gypsy-o
Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky,
The flying cloud, the frosty light.
Tennyson, for Photrablogger’s Mundane Monday Challenge.
That would be a solid sound!
We rarely hear bells these days do we?
Wonderful bell. I haven’t seen one since…I can’t remember. I wonder where this one is. ❤
In a garden in Kent Tess!
I don’t know what it is about bells.
I remember when our church had someone ring the bell in the tower. I was even up there once. Made a huge impression on my somehow.
Thanks for this reminder. ❤
Great find, Gilly. Love your words too. 🙂
I wish they were mine!
Hahaha I’m sure Lord Tennyson won’t mind you borrowing them, but you need to change the ‘will’ to ‘wild’.
Oops thanks Sylvia 😊
sounds a bit like here today 🙂
Goodness yes, it’s hardly stopped all weekend!
The details on the bell looks nice. The background also looks nice.
Thank you 🙂
Hardly anything mundane about this bell, Gilly. It looks quite sturdy and enduring.
I think its been ringing a while Mary-Ann, I’m glad you like it 🙂
Like the Tennyson quote as well, Gilly. And it is one frosty night here, I have to say. It was sitting at about -20C today.
-20c, oh no I couldn’t bear it for a minute. We’ve had -2 early in the morning this week and I froze!
🙂 Ahh, whatcha made of Gilly?
