Childhood

is a state of mind.

Inner child work is not something I need, I’m in constant touch with my inner child!

IMG_2672_edited-1Any excuse to scramble around in a Soft Play and I’m there. Of course, every time I do, I hurt my hip in the same spot, from going down the slides, and I suffer for a couple of days, but I still go back for more. Wouldn’t it be a good idea if they came in adult sizes?

  1. I went to Jungle Jim’s once with my granddaughter ~ that was more than enough! I was terrified by the long , wobbly slide but once we were up there it was the only way down! Lovely photo, Gilly! 🙂

  2. Just a big kid, eh, Gilly? I never did like slides – made me feel sick. As did roundabouts. And swings. In fact I didn’t really like playgrounds as a child.

  3. SO CUTE! Great photo of you both. It brings back a flood of memories from the Play Club, where we used to go climbing and playing with our little tykes. Thanks for sharing, Gilly.

  4. I miss my kiddies being tiny and playing with them like that, and going to childish places and plain having fun. Now their biggest interest is electronics… 😦

  5. I always love seeing images of you, and this one is a beauty. Babcia in action with a gorgeous grandchild and beautifully framed.

  6. Lovely photo Gilly! Brings back memories of “galloping” ( as pretend horses) through the sand hills of Mullaloo with my boys…..My mind will still act in a child- like way, but nowadays my body finds it Mission Impossible to act that way…

  7. Love the photo.:) and BTW, “Wouldn’t it be a good idea if they came in adult sizes?”
    That WAS the adult size.

I would love to hear from you . . .
