I bet Tish knows! These probably taste the same as any bean, but I think dried they can be used in soups and stews. I think they are borlotti beans or cranberry beans.

These are unusual looking beans. What do they taste like?
I’ve only had these once and they didn’t taste that different to usual beans. So pretty though!
Hopefully tastier than purple potatoes which appear to be tasteless… 😉
