This is truly beautiful. If I were to guess, I’d say it must be at least part of the image belonging to a coat of arms for some dynasty or important family. Or perhaps decoration on the entrance to a huge public garden somewhere.
From the other comments I read I guess my question of what it is will be answered. If I had to guess, I would say an ornate fireplace decor. I am probably wrong but just thought it looked lik that. Very beautiful – whatever it is. Good WW ….

This is a very pretty piece. I wonder how old it is. The tulip figures importantly in the piece too. It’s right at the center.
