Found in the garden yesterday.
I’m aching all over today after spending quite a few hours gardening yesterday, but I found treasure, I do love a skeleton leaf or flower. So does my friend Sue, she loves decay of all kinds. The lovely Jude is having a macro and close up month for her Garden Challenge too.
It’s a good kind of pain though after working in the garden. And so worthwhile, especially when you find such a gorgeous treasure.
I know the garden pain well – and cool find!
Beautiful treasures Gilly. What is the plant?
I think it was annual but there’s no trace of it, the bits in the photo was only just over an inch in total 🙂
I love these cobwebby kind of shots Gilly. This is beautiful. I’m having a swift browse while I wait for the sun to make it’s mind up. Sending hugs xxx
Hugs right back to you honey it started very sunny at 7am but it didn’t last 🌫 hope you have plenty!
Looks ,like a gold brooch!
Looks like coral from the sea. Cool find.
Gorgeous, Gilly, and most definitely my kind of thing! What a treasure to find, in all its lacy intricacy!
Very pretty.
Simply beautiful
Isn’t nature wonderful.
What an beautiful capture! Love the details. Looks so good with the dark background. Well done, Gilly! 🙂
I wish you a nice new week.
Oh this is so exquisite, Gilly. So glad you didn’t put the fork through it. 😀
Ah, I love this sort of thing, all lacy and delicate. All I have found is stinging nettles and that horrid creeping sticky weed that gets everywhere. I think this garden will take me a long time to tame! There is a lot of stuff erupting, but goodness knows whether they are weeds or flowers!
Nothing like a few hours in the garden … 😄 Wonderful image
An epitome of beauty in decay.
It looks as pretty as lace 🙂
So dainty and delicate, certainly a treasure of unknown origin.
Exquisite
Oh… Very nice indeed
Delicate capture … super eye, Gilly.
Gorgeous treasures Gilly! Totally down Sue’s alley 🙂
