Ages since I baked, but I did do a mean banana cake and also carrot cake. Your picture is tempting me to do some baking.
I tend to in winter, then I get too fat so stop in spring. I like pretty much any cake but coffee and lemon drizzle are favourites. I make the best brownies, but I’m rubbish at Victoria sandwich cake! My banana cake has lots of dark chocolate in it. I think you should bake something for a weekend treat.
An apple, plum and blackberry crumble is in the oven right now, but not home made. I make lovely brownies too – flour free and they are sooo rich!
And I’m eating home made blueberry crumble as I type, happy days 🙂
Make me feel like to bake. 🙂
