There are lots of intriguing doorways in Marseille. I found this one in the oldest part of the city, Le Panier, an area filled with unique artisan shops and street art, that was first peopled in 600BC by the Greeks.
This was the entrance to a courtyard studio and artists gallery.
Join Tina in this weeks Lens-artist challenge, her doorways are magic!
Love your choice Gilly. Amazing how far back our knowledge goes, isnβt it?!
It is indeed Tina, thanks for a great theme again!
That’s beautiful, Gilly! Hope you’ve had a good weekend. π π Full on here as we’re sending stuff by carrier next Tuesday, but we’re almost there.
Good luck, Jo!
Nice one!
Le Panier sounds my kind of place, Gilly! Do you have more images from there (says she, hoping…)
I’d happily explore here.
Wonderful door Gilly … π
