crazy azalea

Doesn’t know if it’s pink or white. But hey if you can’t decide between the pink dress or the white one change over at lunch time.

When my friend said come and see my twin colour azalea, I though it was unlikely, but here it is.

  1. How curious! Roses often open from buds that are a different colour and some roses have various colours of flowers on the same plant (Seven Sister’s Rose for example). Seen from the top this looks like two plants – a taller white one above a cerise one.

  2. Wow, that’s a quirky plant Gilly! I have a ‘Honeymoon’ rose which sometimes has one branch of white dog roses among it’s yellow blooms. One of Nature’s little jokes! 🙂

I would love to hear from you . . .
