Jo’s 3 day quote challenge was the first I came across and I thought oooh I want to do that one. So I begged her to pick me (in fact my bottom lip was out because she didn’t pick me first 🙂

Now I wouldn’t mind some help getting rid of these today,

but, the chances of that are zilch, so Instead I’ll remember the great Audrey Hepburn’s words.

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, it’s at the end of your arm, as you get older, remember you have another hand: The first is to help yourself, the second is to help others

What do I like about these words? Well it’s a reminder that I’m pretty resilient, and to be kind to those who are less so.
