Yesterday at Killerton I walked to the lake to try to get a better reflection shot for the Weekly Photo Challenge. It didn’t work, two lovely but irritating geese put paid to that idea, gliding around rippling up the water as if they owned the place!

I waited a while,
but they weren’t going anywhere,so this is as good as it got.
Oh well I needed that extra 100 metre walk through the mud π

those geese are not at all into being obliging, are they? but they really do add something to your images. enjoyed these clicks, with and without geese (thanks for slogging through the mud). π
still really lovely, geese and all, but then I am very partial to geese, and this setting is rather splendid π
A wonderful place to take pictures, mud or not; geese or not. They don’t spoil it at all. π You have a way with your camera. π
They are gorgeous just the same. Really good shots, Gilly.
Well, who DO they think they are!?!
But what serene, lovely pictures – and they do have reflections of the trees. Wiggly reflections, but recognizable π
You don’t need Tai Chi when you can walk this lovely park while enjoying geese and the reflections of many, many fabulous vistas.
Nice entry for the challenge this week. ~~~ : – )
The first reminds me of an oriental garden Gilly…very zen like π
Rather like the rippled look π That’s a very verdant shade of green yonder….
they were just making sure you got your exercise for the day Gilly
I am sure rippled reflections count as well! Great pics π
Goosed I think…
