Being careful

This week’s photo challenge was created by Michelle W,

— a photo taken with care, a person being careful, or a task or detail requiring care.

My first ‘Careful’ image is of two young people engaged in martial arts. One wrong move and it could be very painful, but this tough cookie knew just what she was doing.

Next we have some delicate work, carried out with skill, spinning wool for Turkish rugs.

And last but not least, my gorgeous Grandson being very careful and totally focussed with last year’s birthday present, his very first guitar!

The challenge is just out so you have a week to join in.

  1. Start them early! That’s what I say 🙂 🙂 He’s adorable. You’re always so quick off the mark, Gilly! I usually come looking for the Post challenge some time after tea and invariably you’re up and running 🙂 🙂 Have a happy weekend, darlin’. Got plans?

    1. Tomorrow I’m doing a craft fair n Bridport and Julia from ‘Julia’s place is coming for coffee and cake – I’m very excited! Sunday is G babies day x:-)x I’m sure you’ll be busy too?

  2. i especially like the image of your grandson – so focussed on his new musical instrument. play on, little guy!

and the photo from Turkey reminded me of an image i considered posting, too – of a woman in Turkey weaving a rug. but Timmy somehow won out 😀

  3. Excellent take on this challenge Gilly and I just love your photos!

That tough cookie sure knows what she is doing and I don’t want to get in her way. 😆

To spin wool like that I am sure you have to have lots of patience. I will just sit there and admire her for it.

Your grandson is totally adorable! I would totally hug and kiss him up! 😆

I would love to hear from you . . .
