This is a wonderful statue. I am also reading Peter Kalkavage’s article. Very interesting.
It’s fascinating, although mostly beyond me – especially this late in the day!
It’s never too late, LG. Your ears and brain do all the work with “analysing”. I am sure they both do a fantastic job with filtering out your entertainment. Have a great evening. ❤
He really did💕
Imagine being that creative! x 🙂 x
And, we still enjoy what he had created… Great post, Gilly! 🙂 ❤
I think he composed something for everyone!
I wonder if any of todays music will last as long as these classics.
I’d struggle to think of a piece that would, but possible Lennon McCartney?
Yes I agree some of theirs are memorable
He surely did! Fabulous statue! Seville? I’ve missed this one. I’m due another visit but Mick really wasn’t taken with the place. 😦 Aside from the gardens of the Real Palace of course, and even that was very wet the second time we went.
I went on one of those coach trips and loved it but there wasn’t enough time so I’ll have to check again 🙂
I think it really merits an overnight stay. I want to do a river cruise there too. But then, I want to do a river cruise everywhere. 🙂
How I’d love to sit in the shade of the other tree, while the breeze carries the melody of Mozart’s Serenade #13 to me. ❤ ❤ 🙂 http://www.jango.com/music/Wolfgang+Amadeus+Mozart
A child prodigy 🙂 I like this sculpture. It’s very engaged.
I’ve seen this exact statue! Weeee! 😀
Great statue to a genius of a musician.
