What kind of image helps you relax? Perhaps it would include a sofa, a TV, a glass of wine? Mine would always relate to somewhere warm, with water and a lovely view.

A lake for me I think. Or a river. The Tuross River. With a bottle of white. On a summer evening. Although port looking out on a snowy streetscape worked all right last night!

My image consists of a beach somewhere. My feet are tucked in the warm sand and I can hear the waves. There is usually a sun shining and my hair is wet. Ha! I think I’ll go to that place right now!
