Today’s photo is from Turkey again, found at a caravanserai. on the road between Konya and Aksaray. When I first heard the word caravanserai, it was the name of an album by Santana and I had no idea what it meant!
Just three days of Becky’s square challenge left after today, I’m looking at the world through square eyes so I think I’ll use the format a lot in future.
Yes, I think it’s changed a few of our outlooks, Gilly. Even Cee has been tempted in. That’s an accomplishment. 🙂 Love your originality, and yes… Santana!
Caravanserai is one of those words which conjures up the past. Love the unusual image.
what an interesting perspective – i love the shading and angles of this one –
I like your use of the square format, Gilly! Love the shadows here
So many circle – all that surface pitting.
Yay I am finally having an influence on the world around me. 😉 I am so happy you have had and are still having as much fun with this challenge as I have. I haven’t gone quite as far as Jude though yet I still crop my photos afterwards whereas she has been taking them in square format!
PS and love the photo btw!
