This came through on my email, so i didn’t have the photo straight away, but the words themselves conjured up such a wonderful image in my mind. Lovely!
Your Haiku is fab. I like when you do them. I find them difficult. I’m just too wordy.
We’re into summer now even if it says May on my calender. It is 82 today. There’s isn’t any humdiity so it feel divine.
Thanks dear Issy. You’re lucky to have heat, it’s about 12 degrees here by day and right now I’m sat at my desk with a blankie around my knees, will summer ever arrive here?
a breath of spring dear gilly!
Bluebells are one of the things I miss about the UK. Thanks for the reminder, Gilly 🙂
hi Gilly,

Lovely pic and words, Gilly. Happy Thursday to you. 🙂 My internet is so slow today, and the ‘like’ button won’t load up. 😦

Wonderful poetry. ..it really captures the essence of the photo.
I zoomed in for a closer look at the blue bells…..they are gorgeous Gilly. The green boughs too 🙂

Thanks Anne, I’m always flattered when you comment. Looking forward to a read of you soon . . . 🙂
I haven’t had such a pleasant start to my morning in ages. Mm, the look, feel and smell of spring in eleven simple words. Fantastic.
Perfect Haiku, Gilly. And perfect imagery. Just lovely.
I just love spring. Everyday something new is born.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Loving this haiku Gilly! Margie
