In the Thar desert where the temperature can reach the mid forties, a simple structure providing shade can make a big difference.

  1. Not much shade to share around – and yet another adventure. I’ve only ever ridden a camel at Silverton near Broken Hill, with vicarious association through Robin Davidson’s “Tracks”!
