  1. I remember seeing these beautiful berries everywhere I went in Scotland and was very curious about them. Someone told me that you can make jam with them. They remind me very much of “mountain ash” that grows in the higher elevations here in the US. But please don’t scare us with the “W” word (last winter was so harsh, I’m not sure I want another W. – as in ever again – not sure what the alternatives are, short of leaving for Florida or the Caribbean for the winter) 🙂
