Three Day Quote Challenge, day 2

Today is day 2 for my 3 day quote challenge, and this on is from a very inspiring writer, Ben Okri.

His words are full of wisdom, but this quote helps me to feel ok about my many unfinished writings.

The rules for the challenge are,

The rules of the challenge are simple,
Thank the person who chose you, thanks to the queen of walks
Post a quote for three consecutive days
Say why you like your quotes
Invite three blogging friends to join in.

Today I’m inviting Jacqueline another creative lady who lives on the Isle of Wight

Julie of Frog Pond Farm who has an idyllic life style in New Zealand

and Ruth, who’s introduced me to an area of the US I knew nothing about.

No worries girls if you don’t have the time or inclination 🙂

  1. Hello lovely. 🙂 🙂 I’m languishing in the garden, trying to peer at my laptop. Not the wisest occupation, but it’s too nice to be indoors and who else is going to write my walk? Off to an Open Garden nearby after lunch. I imagine you have no end of short stories, Gilly. Hugs, darlin!

    1. I’m scheduling a couple of posts, tidying up and wondering where to walk the dogs in the sunshine this afternoon. I’ve got quite a few unfinished stories, I keep getting stuck!
Enjoy the garden, sounds like a good plan and I hope to see the photos. Bug hugs back to you my lovely xx

  2. I’ve just seen this Gilly, thanks for nominating me, I’ll get right on to it! This quote is great advice for those with writing ambitions who have to work for a living ~ but I’ve found writing short stories quite tricky! 🙂

I would love to hear from you . . .
