Huge old oak trees are absolutely magnificent 🙂
There were so many glorious old trees lost during this hurricane. It is such a tragedy.
Lovely entry, old and gnarled trees to me are filled with life, mysteries and wisdom. They must have experienced so much.
And that is tragic indeed, Cyclingrandma, I’m so very sorry.
Old Oak trees are my favorite too. Have a youngster in our garden, and quite a few in the area were I live.
Amazing that it has been around for so long.
Such a wonderful sight to see, Gilly. Old oak trees are magnificent. 🙂
