A Gaudi Version of Ornate

For Ben Huberman, in response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Ornate.” A photo of such a small part of the Sagrada Familia can only give you a little idea of how ornate it is. Or is it? It definitely isn’t gaudy, just sheer elegant beauty.

This is my take on ornate, join in with your photos!

  1. I’m so excited about this challenge, not because of any pictures I will post but that all the submissions will be fantastic. Yours is no exception. Gorgeous image submitted for the challenge. 🙂

  2. You know, I couldn’t find “ornate” amongst my current photo collection. You’ve reminded me of the baroque cathedrals of Eastern Europe, although you question ornate as a described of this photo. I would too – it’s more of a pices than my conception of ornate would allow.

I would love to hear from you . . .
