Oh 29C! we are all so fed up with this weather dragging on. I went to do a tiny bit of gardening just now and was frozen after 15 minutes, there isn’t even any sun today 😦
Those things are called fly jumpers, I’ve only seen young guys walking on them but they are used for scarily mad acrobatic stunts – google it!
We were at the seaside yesterday and wasn’t it cold. Felt good though to have those cobwebs blown away. Love Sidmouth & these have reminded us that we need to visit again!
Looks nice..but cold! Some warmth from April? Wishful thinking hehe.
As you know, the Hobbit embraces the cold weather. Happy Easter x
Cold but sunny…lucky you! We had cold and rain….again.
such clear weather, even if cold … i can see people rugged up but the scenery is stunning!
I love these pictures, Gilly! And your new ‘look’ is so pretty!
Happy Easter!
Wonderful pictures!!!
happy Easter to you at beach at Sidmouth!
The bright sun deceives us into thinking it’s warmer.
HAppy EAster …!!!!
You were very brave indeed, Gilly. It was 28C here yesterday. 🙂 Hope I’m not showing my ignorance, but what is that guy walking on? 🙂

Not to one up you, Gilly, but it’s 0 and snowing in my backyard today! Mother Nature is pulling quite the April Fools Day gag … “Spring, what Spring?”
It is slightly more normal for you though isn’t it?
It’s a little off, Gilly. April is usually a promising month that Spring really is happening.
Cool photos (yes pun was intended). We had almost a record high yesterday!
haha I’m jealous!
It rained here yesterday and it was such a welcome relief from the heat
I arrived in Accra on March 30th 2007 and I’m pleased tos say it didn’t rain until April 5th in Larabanga, hooray for Ghana!
Oh Gilly, you do know my country more than I do. 🙂
Easter greetings to you, Gilly! I like your red and white banners, by the way.
B-r-r-r. The water looks cold but the weather looks dry and clear. A lovely pictorial of your day.
Great photos, but I’m tired of the cold!
Would never have guessed from the pictures Gilly, apart from the ones with people! Hope it is better already 🙂
Looks like a lovely place!
Hi, would it be OK to use one of your pictures for an online church service (Ottery St Mary Parish Church)?
Hi Philip, yes of course you can. Thank you for asking and not just using it. I’m intrigued, which photo and why?
